My work.

I have worked in the construction industry for about forty years. For over twenty of those years I ran my own construction business carrying out domestic and commercial maintenance, refurbishments, extensions etc. during which time I gained extensive knowledge and experience in all trades and enjoyed close working relationships with all types of construction professionals.

In the last decade or so I have been more involved in construction management including

• Residential and commercial refurbishments and developments.
• New build housing developments.
• General maintenance and extensions to both residential and commercial properties.
• Measured surveys and preparation of CAD drawings in both residential and commercial properties for architects and engineers and floor plans for use by estate agents and private clients.
• Stock condition surveys and floor plans in local authority properties.
• Digital site surveys using total station.
• Setting out for developers, contractors and private clients.
• Snagging of new works.
• Materials take-off from drawings for contractors and private clients.
• General CAD work.

I have also created and maintain websites for a number of businesses.
